Santa Cruz Beach Getaway
The property is a two bedroom, two full bath condominium located one block from the beach in Santa Cruz, California. It has 1,160 square feet. It is an upstairs, single-level end unit in a complex of 10 units. It was built in 2003. It is a very short walking distance from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Pier, and lighthouse.
The condo is very light, bright and airy inside. It has vaulted ceilings and all brand new furniture. It has white carpet and plantation shutters. Most of the artwork is by local artists. There are two balconies, both of which are safe for small children. There is a romantic gas log fireplace which doubles as a heater for the condo. There is a washer and dryer, also.
The master bedroom has a queen size cherry sleigh bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size sleeper sofa with a spring mattress, which is very comfortable. There is a toddler bed in the closet. There is a plasma TV with cable and an XBox video game system in this room. Bring your own games! XBox games may also be rented at Blockbuster Video or Game Crazy, both of which are nearby.
The main living area has leather furniture and an entertainment armoire. The very comfortable sofa is also a queen sleeper with a spring mattress. There is a large television with cable. The armoire also contains books, games and plenty of DVDs. We also have wireless internet in the condo, so bring your laptop!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including cookbooks and a CD player. There is a coffee pot, dishwasher and microwave. All dishes and silverware are provided. All counters in the condo are granite. There is a gas grill outside on the balcony.
Linens and towels are provided. You are encouraged to bring your own beach towels.
The dining room table seats six comfortably.
There is no daily maid service, but a cleaning service will clean up after you depart. This is included in your fee.
